What are your costs?
Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, or credit card. Charges for standard consultations are displayed in the front reception area. Pensioners and Concession Card Holders are charged a reduced fee. Veterans sign a service voucher.

Failure to attend your appointment
Charges will be incurred for failure to notify of cancellations.

How do I arrange a repeat prescription?
A days notice is required for repeat prescriptions without a consultation. Charges apply and payment is required on the day of collection.
Narcotic and Benzodiazepine prescriptions require an appointment.

How do I get my test results?
You are requested to ring the clinic for details of test results. Please allow a minimum of 72hours for results to come in. When the doctor has seen the results she/he writes a comment which reception staff can relay to the patients. Reception staff are only authorised to pass on the doctors comments. If further elaboration is required an appointment will need to be booked. Some tests require an appointment to discuss the results and your doctor will advise you it this is required.
